de plans is a design firm, located at Chalakudy, Kerala with such a vision and mission of converting concepts and dreams into Eco-friendly and lively structures for the past 20 years.

Being experts in architecture and learning from practical experiences and engineering, de plans crafts every design, planning, interiors and landscaping with passion and excitement to work, and has served people since 2002, building reputations of quality, integrity, uniqueness and guaranteed satisfaction. Aesthetics is what we breathe in; technological and environmental convenience is what we offer, challenges are our favorites and innovation is our driving force and we have completed many residences, Resorts, Commercial buildings, residential apartments and many other institutions with a wide reach in and around South India and almost all districts in Kerala.

From concept development to implementation, our team takes care of everything. Traditions are important to us, and we include them into our inventions. All of our projects feature a distinct artistic image as well as practical solutions. The client is the project’s soul. Our main goal is to use design to express his or her values and uniqueness.
